Its ironic that a country that has been traditionally home to some of the most exotic perfumes that wafted out of royal courts for centuries had to wait till the 2000s for a surge in fragrance retailing. Fragrancehound.com is probably India’s first dedicated fragrance portal and long overdue! An initiative of Ashwin Rajagopalan, one of India’s first specialist fragrance writers. His columns and reviews have appeared in leading lifestyle publications like GQ, the Man magazine and Vogue.
